Alan Kleinman
Founding Partner
Prior to joining National Merchant Center, he was a venture capitalist at Pacific Venture Group, healthcare venture capital firm. Alan was involved in the investment and management of a number of successful companies including Symbion, Visicu, Phaseforward, Zonelabs, Vivant Medical, and Long Term Care Group.
Prior to founding Elevado Group, Alan spent time as the Co-CEO of Paysafe Group’s payment division (acquired by Blackstone & CVC), leading global merchant acquiring company. He previously served as Co-Founder & Principal of Meritus Payment Solutions (acquired by Optimal Payments). Before forming Meritus, he served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of National Merchant Center.
He serves as a Board Member of the UCLA Anderson School of Management’s Entrepreneurial Center, Price Center. He is a member of YPO Southern California. Alan earned his M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson School of Management and obtained his BA in Economics and BS in Biochemistry from the University of California at San Diego.

Ilya Kleinman
Executive Advisor
Ilya Kleinman, CEO of Alpa Construction, is a licensed general contractor located in Southern California. Ilya brings 40+ years of experience and has been involved in all aspects of real estate from acquisition, development, construction to property disposition.
Prior to Alpa Construction, Ilya founded IK Plumbing, a commercial plumbing and fire sprinkler company with over 150 ee’s. He has a master’s degree in Engineering. His interests include spending time with his grandchildren, fishing, and building projects.
